The 150-year-old church, considered one of the city’s most historically significant buildings, needs $750,000 to complete the project. Miller is hosting a fundraising lunch tomorrow at noon at the church, 1611 Quadra St., which has long contributed to Victoria’s downtown by offering shelter and food through programs like the Out of the Rain Youth Shelter, Adult Emergency Shelter, Meals for Youth, a food bank that serves 6,000 people a year…
